We took our dad to Beltone and couldn’t be happier with our visit and purchase ! Eric Rush and Haili were very knowledgeable and super friendly. They took their time going over different products and prices . After weighing our options it really was a no brainer to go with the very best , we went with the Achieve . Our Dad hasn’t heard this great in 20 years !! Go see our new friends at Beltone

This office fantastic! Friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. They keep up on your hearing aids and appointments to make sure you are getting everything you need from the aids.

I have used Beltone hearing aids for about 5 years. I first researched online, checking brands, reviews, ratings.

Went to 3 different places for assessment first. One was another big-name company, the 3rd a smaller family-owned business with excellent reputation.

Beltone was the only one who actually put hearing aids in my ears, so I could see how they felt, and actually hear with them!

Service is excellent. They recheck you every 3 months, make adjustments if needed, have good suggestions re:
how to have mask, glasses and aids cooperate!

Any issues at all: call them. You will get appointment almost immediately.

Best for last: NEVER pay for anything except the aids initially. No service fees. No charge for appointments. I am a happy customer!

For all those people that are skeptical to go get your hearing test because you think you don’t have a hearing problem or because you’re just in denial which is what happened with my mother I would definitely say go to Beltone. They are absolutely amazing they make you feel 100% comfortable. The screening exam is absolutely free. there’s so many affordable options out there for people. Don’t wait to long honestly you will be so much happier that you decided to go I promise. The staff is very knowledgeable you won’t be disappointed!!!

Very nice and helpful . They make regular checkups to make sure you are hearing well . That is included in the price . It was not cheap, but worth every penny . I would not go any other place , they are so good !!

Customer service I've been a patient of Dr. Casey Whetstone in the Hastings office since November (I think) of 2022. I wish to commend both him and Vicki, his secretary, for their warm attitudes, positive, thorough and supportive attitudes. I've been to other hearing doctors over the years and Dr. Casey is 2nd to NONE!! My first set of devices didn't work well for me and He allowed me to go with the insert style @ no extra charge! I received the new ones in December while in the hospital w-covid pneumonia.

He allowed my wife to p/u and bring to me, ALREADY ADJUSTED and they worked fine...until I got home (after 18 days) and our dog decided they were chew toys; I'd set them on table for nap. Dr Casey was able to get them repaired @ no cost!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Casey to EVERYONE w/hearing needs!! He is TOP NOTCH!! Vicki is very pleasant.

Great Service My mother was struggling with her hearing aids and St. Clair Shores Beltone couldn't be more accommodating-even when she lost her first pair. She feels very comfortable at her regular visits. Genny is superb and we can't thank you enough.

Excellent experience I was referred to Grant and Sara and it's been a great experience. They obviously know what they are doing and that's very reassuring. Sara is absolutely wonderful. I had to change my appointment twice and she was helpful and never made me feel guilty. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The Warren office is outstanding. Jennie was our consultant and helped my husband and I get the right hearing aids that would best suit for each of us. She’s very diligent, knowledgeable and is a great customer service rep for Beltane. She explains everything in a easy way that a
lehman can understand. We love this place very much and we love her. She will help you in anyway possible And goes above and beyond.

BELTONE has ketchup me down a bit. Spent $10.000 On the best hearing aids, but have to go back several times to fix problems, like feedback, numerous Bluetooth problems. But now, after the last visit, everything is fine. They are very friendly and helpful. Could use more hours, only open on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Very pleased with my hearing aids . This is my fourth set and by far the best I have ever used. I totally recommend this product and the personal at Beltine for all they have done to improve my hearing .

The doctor is really good and they helped me hear again. I've had the same hearing aids since 2010 at the very least. They help anyone who needs them and they are very nice. They really do their best to help anyone and everyone. It's been a very long time since I was able to hear this good and it's overwhelming but in a good way. I'm very pleased with everything so far. Just want to say that David Leitz and Chris Richardson his office manager at Beltone in St. Joe and South Haven provide amazing service. Whenever I have an issue, which is not often because Beltone quality is so good. I get prompt and friendly service. I feel so lucky. I cannot think what my life would be without their care.

I can’t say enough good things about this. Peter and Chris have taken such good care of me. I didn’t realize how bad my hearing had gotten until I got my prescription. These aids are a lifesaver. I love the connections to my phone too. I’m so happy 💕

I went to see Steve in Livonia for my hearing aid needs and being a senior he really has a lot of patience. He knew exactly what my problem was and reset them for my hearing lost.I’ve have been going to him for years but he’s about 45 minutes away from me but worth the drive.

My new hearing aids have completely changed my life for the better. Movie soundtracks and music are a full snd rich joyful pleasure again. Understanding speech is no longer a chore. The professional, vey personalized and customized care I received from Molly has been outstanding. She definitely has done everything to make sure that my hearing aids perform better than I could have ever dreamed. Experience there At the Belleville Beltone Vicki Harvey—the hearing specialist, and Sherry, the receptionist and office worker are genuinely caring people. They allow time for you and what needs to be done and don’t rush you through.
Vicki was knowledgeable and explained about the test and the results to me. The hearing test was FREE. She said my hearing was in the range that I was not in need of a hearing aid. She was HONEST.
I truly enjoyed the experience there.

I highly recommend Beltone Hearing Aid in Allen Park. The hearing aid specialist, Molly, was super helpful with a hearing aid emergency. Molly also was very patient and answered questions with clear explanations. Also, the receptionist staff are very welcoming!

I was super nervous about going and getting my hearing checked, but the folks here were super friendly and reassuring. Susan went through the entire process with me and explained everything that I needed to know in detail. Please go and get tested if you think you are having any issues. It’s never too early to just check. And these folks here are pretty awesome!!

The entire staff were friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The practitioners gave my wife a thorough examination and advised her to see an ear nose and throat doctor before just fitting her with a hearing aid.

I just went to Beltone Brownstown and I've never worn hearing aids before and I knew my hearing was bad , but I didn't know how bad it was until Mr Eric Rush conducted a completely thorough test and I was around 50 percent loss. I walked out of there with the new Achieve Hearing Aids and I can hear things I've never heard before !! I highly recommend going to see Mr Rush and his staff of professionals. Beltone was fabulous! Vicki and Shari were both very informative and able to answer all my questions. I actually loved the in office demo and getting the opportunity to know exactly how they felt in my ears and sounded. I would definitely recommend Beltone to EVERYONE.

Beltane Brownstown is the absolute best hearing center to go to in the downriver area !! I've been to quite a few places and Beltone Brownstown treats you like family and takes the time and care to make sure you're hearing properly ! My husband went to Beltone a few weeks ago and was tested and the fit with hearing instruments. He was struggling to understand our little grand daughters, The new hearing instruments have really improved his clarity making it easier for him to understand the girls. I have been a client for a number of years. On my third set of Beltone instruments these are rechargeable which makes it nice. Clarity has improved greatly, understanding my husband who I care for is no longer an issue. 110%would recommend Beltone in Belleville quality care and customer service provided by Vicki Harvey and Shari. I cannot say enough how fortunate I am to have these rechargeable devices and the expertise of Mrs Harvey.

Unfortunately for me I have worked in loud professions and have hearing loss . I am unable to hear conversation in certain situations.
