We decided to try this business when my husband was having an increasingly difficult time hearing.  We were able to schedule an appointment with Eric at a time that worked for us for an evaluation of his hearing and to find some possible options for hearing aids.

The entire visit was an excellent experience.  He was able to have an in depth evaluation that day with a detailed explanation of the findings.  We had brought along an audiogram that had been completed at a specialist’s office the month prior and it matched up perfectly with the testing that was done on this visit.  Additional testing was completed by Eric at the visit which provided my husband with even more information on his hearing loss.  All of this evaluation and testing is free.

Eric fitted him for hearing aids which could be worn home the same day if we chose to do that.  I should mention that there is absolutely no pressure to order hearing aids at that time and we could have just walked out after the test and it would have been fine.

There are various options for financing so you can actually afford to “hear” again.  My husband decided to purchase the hearing aids that day.  The overall improvement in his hearing was significant.  He could actually hear everything that was going on around him without anyone having to speak loudly.  It has been life-changing for him, without being overly dramatic about it.  Eric provided detailed instructions on use, placement of the hearing aids, charging etc. before we ever left the office. Follow-up appointments are scheduled prior to your leaving.

We both highly recommend this Beltone office and both Eric and Sherry (the very organized administrative assistant) for their excellent service,  smiling faces, patience with our many questions and overall knowledge and communication skills.
