Meet Meghan Werkema & Sheila Blower, Hearing Care Practitioners
Sheila is a Hearing Care Practitioner who joined Beltone in 2021. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Marian University. She began her career providing medical mobility equipment in the Lansing area, where she discovered a strong passion for improving quality of life and promoting independence. This experience led her to transition into hearing healthcare, where she saw an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on her family and community. Sheila has been recognized for outstanding patient care and was awarded Master Hearing Care Practitioner from Beltone. Sheila is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Mason and East Lansing community and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. Outside of the clinic, Sheila enjoys playing ice hockey or spending time with her family.
Meghan brings a strong combination of professional knowledge and personal insight to her role as a Hearing Care Practitioner. Informed from her own experience with hearing loss, she understands many of the challenges patients encounter and approaches care with empathy and understanding. Meghan is dedicated to improving quality of life through personalized hearing solutions, patient education, and ongoing support tailored to each individual’s needs. Meghan is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Brooklyn and East Lansing communities and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their dog. She is an avid reader and enjoys continuing to learn about the changing innovations in the hearing health field
