I’ve been going to Beltone on Eureka for many many years and I just purchased some really nice hearing aids and that were a game changer. I don’t have to say what no more it’s weird, but I love them and this gal Susan she was the best. She knew her stuff. had a wonderful experience with Susan at Beltone Hearing Aid Center in Southgate. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I accompanied my cousin Harry to his appointments to address his hearing issues and Susan Giles, the senior master practitioner at Beltone’s Southgate office could not have been more helpful, thorough, and caring for Harry’s hearing health. She took the extra time to determine that his current set was working at an optimal level and indeed after that effort, we had to step up to a new generation of hearing aids and it’s been a quality of life-changing experience for Harry and it’s amazing how well he can hear now. A sincere “thank you” goes to Susan for this great work. I would highly recommend her and the Beltone Southgate team for any future hearing needs anyone may have.
