I have been a client at Beltone for about 4 years. I first went to get a hearing test even though I didn't think I needed hearing aids. I did, and do! When I needed a new prescription, Jay Brandt explained everything to me. As a Beltone hearing professional he works to fit the product with the client's lifestyle, since they have a number of levels of hearing aids. When I changed to a more advanced product I went from a hearing percentage in the 80s, to 100%! A major part of Beltone's service is free life time care including cleaning, hearing tests, adjustments to the hearing aids when needed. I honestly feel like a new person with my new hearing  aids. Make sure you talk to hearing specialist Jay & receptionist Tracy; they'll take care of you, and treat you right.

My mother is 88 yrs young; her hearing isn't what it used to be. She tried the OTC type hearing aids, and she just couldn't get used to them. They just didn't get the job done to her satisfaction.

There's a reason prescription hearing aids cost more. Turns out she was only hearing less than half of what she had,  before age caught up to her. Her Beltone hearing aids compensate for the sound frequencies that she no longer picks up as well, instead of the one size fits all type. She no longer is blasting the TV, or asking "what" when talking loud to her; we can carry on a normal conversation, and she hears, and understands everything I say.

We needed to get a hearing test for my mom. I had no idea where to start and I called a few places to inquire that gave me little information.
Then I called Beltone Hearing Aid Center in Adrian. Tracy was super helpful in explaining the entire process to me on the phone and answered all my questions. She got us an appointment the very next day.
Jay Brandt did a very thorough hearing assessment with my mom and got her set up with hearing aids. Jay was so patient with her and made the whole process amazingly easy for both my mom and I. She is thrilled with her new hearing devices and Jay even made sure they would arrive before our family vacation.
I highly recommend Beltone Hearing Aid Center for anyone in need of a hearing test.
